My boy Al Jiggy put me on to these dudes Local Natives, an indie band out of Los Angeles (Silver Lake to be exact), and all week I’ve been listening to their debut album Gorilla Manor in the crib.  I’m really feeling it.  I can see why they’ve been praised by critics for their harmonies, songwriting, and percussion.  Check them out performing the first cut off their album, “Wide Eyes”, earlier this year in Santa Monica on KCRW’s Mornings Become Eclectic…
