Somehow never saw this until today, but yo, this Key & Peele skit that pokes fun at the classic trend of keeping the tags/stickers on your hats is hilarious.
Late Pass
All The Way Up
Late Pass, MusicHot 97 banger alert.
Before The Vomit
Late Pass, MusicI admittedly don’t know shit about this dude Amir Obe, but this song is kinda fresh. Some modern-day smoking music for dat ass. Light up…
Uber Everywhere
Late Pass, MusicI’ve been rocking with this dude madeintyo for a few years now, and it’s nice to see he’s finally buzzing like he deserves to be. He’s been getting great looks online, was a part of the Yams Day tribute concert lineup last month at Terminal 5 in NYC, and this song “Uber Everywhere” got a prominent spin on a recent episode of OVO Radio. Needless to say, madeintyo on his way up. Pre-roll something, and then spark that shit when the beat drops. This is what the new Atlanta sounds like—vibe out.
P.S. Def need a late pass for posting this. Wow, it’s already got over 2 million spins, that’s what’s up! Never too late to support something dope though, gotta keep spreading the word.
Dirk Diggler
Late Pass, MusicI need a late pass for this. Shouts to Hempstead MC SmooVth, and Manu Beats who laced the beat. Sick track, sorry I slept.
Hate It Here
Late Pass, Movies, MusicGonna need a late pass for this one, pardon me. I’ve obviously known about Wilco forever and have friends that worship them, but I’ve honestly never given their music a shot. But the other night, I was watching Boyhood on cable for the 50th time (it’s always on!) and for some reason this song finally struck me. It’s playing in the car during great father/son scene where Ethan Hawke’s character is talking about how dope it is, comparing its production to The Beatles’ Abbey Road. Listen to Wilco “Hate it Here” above—great song.
