On a hunch, I just went to see if the Fruit Bats had released anything new. I read a while back that they were getting ready to put out an album this year, and sure enough they let a couple new songs fly recently. Milano Constantine just dropped a self-produced single featuring two new songs “Closer” and “Gotta Do It,” dedicated to his late father on the 12th anniversary of his passing. Lano’s one of my favorite rappers in New York right now, and don’t get it twisted, he’s been nice.
