Music, My Dudes, VideosMy bro Matisyahu is out on tour this summer with 311, and earlier this week during a trip to grab some coffee at a local shop in Maui, a man was inside coincidentally performing his hit song “One Day.” Dude was killing it with the ukelele, so Matis joined in, smiling and singing along. At the end, the guy—not knowing it’s him at first—comes over to give Matis props for his voice haha. Classic moment, and a reminder that “One Day” is a fucking amazing song, and that Matisyahu is a King.

Grown Up Calls
Music, VideosI’ve listened to Toro Y Moi a bit in the past, but I wouldn’t say I’m well-versed in his catalog. So when I saw a live recording of this song “Grown Up Calls” pop up on Soundcloud last week, I wasn’t sure if it was new or old. Turns out it’s from his 2013 album Anything In Return, and after checking out the original, I gotta say I like the live version better. Shit is fresh. Give it a listen, I’ve been steady pumping it all week. It’s off his upcoming album Live From Trona, which is due out this Friday, August 5th.
